Thomas Hutchinson serves as the Executive Director of XR at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, overseeing the development of clinical operations, strategic vision and physician alignment. He has been with Hoag for more than a decade and progressed through Finance, Strategy and now Administration with an eye on continued career advancement. Thomas received his BA from the University of San Diego in Economics and has received his MBA from the University of Redlands.
Robert Louis, MD, FAANS

Dr. Louis is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon, Director of the Skull Base and Pituitary Tumor Program at Pickup Family Neurosciences Institute at Hoag, and Empower360 Endowed Chair in Skull Base and Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery. He has particular expertise in endoscopic and minimally invasive treatment of benign and malignant brain tumors, sellar and parasellar tumors and skull base tumors. Through the use of cutting-edge neuroimaging and neuro-navigational equipment, he utilizes the concept of keyhole neurosurgery, minimizing the damage to surrounding brain, vascular and soft tissue structures.
