Who are the Ambassadors?

Our Ambassadors play a vital role as they represent the Newport Beach Chamber to the public and are highly visible members throughout the business community. The Ambassadors are a group of business leaders who generously give their time as member volunteers dedicated to educating and informing members about the Chamber’s vast programs, services, and benefits by encouraging members to take full advantage of these services. They believe in creating productive working relationships, encouraging member involvement; through attending events, serving on committees and networking with other members.

Ambassadors…

Act as a catalyst in the Chamber’s effort to produce a dynamic business climate within the Newport Beach Area.
Call on members throughout the year to remind them of the upcoming events, chamber meetings, and the work that the Chamber does to promote businesses and build a strong local economy.
Serve as official hosts of the Chamber at Chamber hosted functions such as: mixers, networking events, membership receptions, and other events as called upon.
Are assigned to new members as part of our “ambassador mentor connection” to reach out and provide the new members their “member certificate,” and inform them of upcoming events and invite and accompany the new member to those functions.
