KC Roestenberg serves as Interim Orange County Executive Officer (CEO), a role he assumed in June 2026 following appointment by the Orange County Board of Supervisors. With more than 40 years of information technology leadership experience across the public and private sectors, including key roles with ACS State and Local Solutions and Lockheed Martin, Mr. Roestenberg has been instrumental in advancing Orange County’s technology infrastructure and digital services.
Since joining the County of Orange in 2007, Mr. Roestenberg has held several leadership positions within OC Information Technology, including Director of Managed Service Delivery, Assistant CIO, and Chief Information Officer (CIO). As CIO, he oversaw a $120 million annual IT budget and technology services supporting all 23 County agencies, more than 16,000 employees, and the delivery of services to Orange County’s 3.2 million residents. As Interim CEO, KC brings deep institutional knowledge, operational expertise, and a commitment to public service.
