MPP Bodyguard & Security Presents: The Super Bodyguard Competition

MPP Bodyguard & Security is proud to announce the Super Bodyguard Competition, a multi-stage professional security challenge created in honor of Don Menaldi, remembered for his dedication, professionalism, and commitment to standing guard for others.

The competition will travel through Nevada, Ohio, Florida, and California, challenging competitors in physical conditioning, wrestling and defensive skills, heavy-bag training, situational judgment, and professional decision-making.

Each competition will be held on the Saturday closest to the 30th at 5:00 PM. The first event will take place Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM, followed by the semifinal event on Saturday, November 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with the championship final scheduled for February in Ohio.

Training will be supported through the gym at 5600 Market Street through its membership program.

The mission is bigger than competition. MPP Bodyguard & Security is searching for someone who can carry forward the standard Don Menaldi represented — someone with the discipline, professionalism, physical ability, judgment, and character to stand guard for others.

The organization plans to share the competition with the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, bringing the event to the attention of the broader business and security community.
