Homelessness 101 Workshop

Welcome to Homelessness 101, a free workshop by United to End Homelessness, empowered by Orange County United Way.

Homelessness has reach crisis levels both locally and throughout the country. At our Homelessness 101 classes, we answer some of the most frequently asked questions about the issue, break down myths, and provide the most up-to-date statistics and best practices for solving homelessness in our community.

We’ll discuss:

What causes people to become homeless?
What is the current state of homelessness in Orange County?
How can homelessness be solved?
What can we do to help?

Instruction will be held by Becks Heyhoe, Director of United to End Homelessness, and Michael Shepherd, Senior Manager of Community Strategies of United to End Homelessness.
