Vanguard University Department of Theatre Arts and the American Coast Children’s Theatre host a theater camp for ages 7-17 held June 22-July 3. This week is the last week to register; tuition is $175, which includes scripts, snacks, show shirt and costumes.

This two-week summer musical theatre workshop production for youth will develop musical theatre skills alongside professionals and college interns. The camp will culminate with a group performance of the acclaimed show, Seussical Jr. on Friday, July 3.

Lissa Slay is the new director of education for the American Coast Children’s Theatre.

The camp will be held Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Lyceum Theater at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa.
