As we rapidly approach 2026, this seminar will provide the vital information you need to guide your

business, and to attract and retain employees in the New Year. Ailene will share what you need to

know about HR Laws passed for 2026 so that you will know what you must do to comply as well as

updates on unemployment and compensation. Recession? Not a Recession? Ailene will discuss

the impacts the current market uncertainty has on employees and company culture, and what

employers can do to create a sense of stability to retain employees and yield a more productive

workforce.

Ailene Dewar Costello possesses extensive experience in human resources, recruiting, and

workers’ compensation. Ailene is certified as an Associate Professional Human Resources

(aPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as a Certified Business

Performance Advisor (CBPA) by the University of Houston. As VP of Sales for Engage, Ailene

empowers businesses to succeed by strategically managing their human capital.
