Cooking demo at Il Girasole featuring Pink Risotto, Prime New York steak, and panna cotta.

Join us at Il Girasole for an exclusive evening of culinary inspiration with a live cooking demonstration led by our chefs. Guests will be guided through the artistry and techniques behind three signature creations:

Pink Risotto – a vibrant dish made with beets, gorgonzola, blackberries, and walnuts.
Prime New York Steak – perfectly seared and finished with the finesse of our kitchen.
Panna Cotta – a classic Italian dessert prepared with elegance and balance.

Throughout the evening, our team will share insights into ingredient selection, preparation, and plating, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how modern Italian cuisine comes to life at Il Girasole. Each course will be served as it is demonstrated, creating an immersive and flavorful dining experience.

Price is $150/ per person
