This January, Il Girasole invites you to experience a menu originally created for Dux in Tux, an invitation only charitable evening celebrating hospitality, craftsmanship, and generosity. For a limited time, we are extending this five-course tasting experience to our guests, offering access to a menu few will ever taste.

This five-course chef’s tasting menu is a refined expression of modern Italian cuisine, defined by pristine ingredients, thoughtful technique, and elegant restraint. Each course is composed to flow seamlessly, balancing comfort and luxury, tradition and innovation, in an experience that is immersive yet unpretentious.

To preserve the intimacy and integrity of the menu, this experience is limited to only 10 guests per evening. Every plate is prepared with the same intention and care as the original event, ensuring a dining experience that feels personal, deliberate, and quietly indulgent.
