Goodwill of Orange County helps people who are facing barriers to find and keep jobs, which provide purpose, pride and dignity. Our collection of 24 Thrift Store locations and ShopGoodwill.com, the on line marketplace for more than 130 Goodwills, fuel our innovative programs and services aimed at helping individuals reach their highest potential. Goodwill has nearly 100 years of experience matching eager candidates ready to work with the right job. Our Workforce Development, Disabilities Services and Veteran Services programs provide one-on-one job coaching, vocational training, self-advocacy support, interview skill development and so much more. We see potential in everyone, no matter the disability, challenge or history. We envision a community where there is a job for everyone who wants one.
