Come join us for a discussion about the aging process. Aging is going to occur whether you embrace it or not, but your lifestyle choices can slow down or quicken the process. We’ll touch on the mind-body connection, and talk about what you can start doing to feel and look your best. Questions and mini chair massages: 8:10pm – 8:30pm.

Price: $5 per person

Light snacks, coffee, tea, and wine will be served.

I am truly blessed to be able to surround myself with so many members that are not only colleagues and friends but like family.
