Sherman Library & Gardens presents Shape-Up Sherman Gardens Summer Slimming Series!

Weekly on Mondays through August 28 from 5:30-6:30PM

Returning for its fifth year, this popular “Happy Hour Abs & Booty” class is hosted and taught by Shape-Up Health Club certified instructors and welcomes women and men of all ages and stages. After class, enjoy strolling in the beautiful gardens and spirited social time featuring freshly squeezed juices provided by Sejuiced, beverages and tasty bites prepared by Chef Michael of Vivante. Please bring your own mat, towel and water.
