il Girasole Debuts New Tasting Menu Series: Best of Italy, Avant Garde
Costa Mesa, CA: Inspired by Italy’s most influential, three-Michelin-star chefs, il Girasole has curated Part 1 of the Best of Italy Tasting Menu, featuring Michelin star dishes that have been reinterpreted through il Girasole’s kitchen for our region. Part 1 of the Best of Italy Tasting Menu features six courses – all designed to excite the senses through seasonal ingredients and culinary artistry. Antonio Bevacqua thoughtfully drew inspiration from highly celebrated Italian chefs including Norbert Niederkofler, Massimo Bottura, Heinz Beck, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Enrico Bartolini, Chicco Cerea, Enrico Crippa, and Massimiliano Alajmo. Each course is a dialogue between tradition, innovation, and identity. Launching the week of June 15th, just in time for Father’s Day, il Girasole is passionate about showcasing the exquisite, award-winning cuisine from some of the most brilliant chefs in Italy while preparing them with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that reflect the Southern California culture. Best of Italy Tasting Menu experiences are available for dinner and limited daily to 10 experiences – making advance reservations are highly recommended.
