Clase Azul Experience at il Girasole
A limited tasting menu where modern Italian cuisine meets the craftsmanship of Clase Azul. Five courses are paired with rare expressions of tequila and mezcal, progressing from bright, seasonal flavors to rich, refined depth.
The experience begins with a signature cocktail and moves through dishes including eggplant parmigiana, corn and duck confit pasta, lobster, and dry-aged Wagyu finished with mezcal. It concludes with a Clase Azul Añejo dessert and a final pour of Clase Azul Ultra with petite pastries.
