Dave Webb became the City of Newport Beach’s public works director in August 2012. Dave has over 21 years of diverse experience in public administration, management and engineering. As the public works director, Dave oversees the City’s $66.9 million Capital Improvement Program, civil and traffic engineering, water quality and conservation and harbor resources. His team is committed to protecting and providing quality public improvements and services.
