Kristle Duran serves as Chief Operating Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast, where she oversees the organization’s direct service operations, including after-school programs, workforce development, college access, youth mental health, and family support initiatives. She is responsible for ensuring the quality and impact of programs, strengthening strategic partnerships, and leading the execution of the organization’s long-term growth strategy.
Since joining the organization in 2013, Kristle has played a pivotal role in its growth and evolution. Under her leadership, the organization has expanded from serving five to eight cities, increased its annual reach from 9,000 to more than 13,000 youth, and grown operational revenue to represent approximately 40% of the organization’s overall $14M budget, helping create a more diversified and sustainable funding model. Her leadership is rooted in aligning strategy, operations, and organizational development to build scalable systems that deliver exceptional outcomes for youth and families.
Kristle earned her Executive MBA from Chapman University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Literary Journalism from the University of California, Irvine. She was drawn to the Boys & Girls Club movement by a desire to create meaningful opportunities for young people and by the influence of mentors who invested in her own growth. Today, she is passionate about developing mission-driven leaders who are equipped to strengthen communities and expand opportunities for the next generation
