Shaping the Future with Amy Kaufman: Effectively Applying and Using AI in the Evolving World of Work and Workforce

AI is no longer the future—it’s the present, actively transforming industries and redefining how we work and lead. Amy Kaufman, Senior Advisor of Talent Strategies at the CEO Leadership Alliance Orange County (CLAOC) and Instructor at UCI Division of Continuing Education, will explore The Five Big Ideas of AI, offering practical strategies for business leaders and educators to harness AI for 1)Strategic optimization, 2) Human-centered innovation, 3) Process improvement, 4) Creative collaboration, and 5) Predictive insights. This session will also introduce the Integrating AI into Business and Education course, designed to help leaders drive innovation and continuous learning in their organizations.
