The Balboa Island Holiday Home Walking Tour, our annual event presented by the Balboa Island Improvement Association, returns on Sunday, December 8 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. This year we are celebrating 26 years, and this marks the perfect start to your holiday season on our picturesque island. We have eight delightfully decorated bayfront, island homes and cottages lined up that will surely spark holiday cheer!

Tickets are $40.00 online at BIIA.org. They also will be available for purchase on November 1^st at the following Balboa Island stores: Crush Clothing and Sunny Days, all located on Marine Avenue. Off Island tickets can be purchased at Bliss Home Design on Pacific Coast Highway in CDM, Blue Springs Home on 17^th Street in Costa Mesa and Seaside Gallery & Goods on Tustin Avenue in Newport Beach.

Will Call Tickets will be available to pick up at the Balboa Island Fire Station located at 124 Marine Avenue, Balboa Island from 9:30 am until 1:00 pm on the day of the home tour. You may also purchase tickets starting at 10:00 am. Be sure to visit all our shops on Marine and Agate Avenue for your holiday shopping and refreshments! Plus, again this year the Holiday Market will return to the Royal Hen on Marine Ave. from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
