Southern California Blood Bank (SCBB) is a division of San Diego Blood Bank, a nonprofit organization serving hospitals in San Diego, Orange, Imperial, and Los Angeles counties. For decades, SCBB has hosted blood drives in Orange County and Los Angeles and has a permanent donation location in Irvine's business district.
