Mr. Pomer successfully completed more than 300 real estate transactions valued at over $800 million using a deep understanding of the site selection, lease comparison, and tenant improvement process. Mr. Pomer has established and maintained positive client relationships based on trust, respect, and an attentive, customer-focused work style. He holds his Masters in Corporate Real Estate, is LEED AP certified and an expert in identifying suitable office space to help tenants retain quality employees, leverage use of technology, and meet long-term real estate requirements. Mr. Pomer is a persuasive negotiator trusted to represent tenants in negotiating lease modifications, managing sublease transactions, and recapturing leased space.
