We concentrate on the clients who need the real estate 1031 exchanges. We help people to list their to-be-relinquished properties and purchase the replacement properties. We work with qualified exchangers and all the parties involved. We are the experienced real estate brokers in dealing with both standard 1031 exchanges and reverse 1031 exchanges; and, in exceptional cases, 1033 exchanges. We serve the clients in Newport Beach, Orange County, and throughout California. Our goal is to assist our clients in minimizing or eliminating capital gain taxes.
