 e is Registrar of Voters for Orange County\, California\, the fifth larges
 t voting jurisdiction in the United States\, serving about 1.9 million reg
 istered voters.\n\nThe Registrar of Voters administers elections\, provide
 s access to voter registration\, maintains voter registration records\, an
 d examines petition signatures. This important work is accomplished in an 
 accessible\, fair\, accurate\, secure\, and transparent manner\, ensuring 
 eligible citizens of Orange County can have their voices heard as voters a
 nd candidates for office.\n\nMr. Page was appointed Registrar of Voters on
  March 11\, 2022\, by former County Executive Officer Frank Kim. He is als
 o Vice President and member of the Board of Directors for the California A
 ssociation of Clerks and Election Officials\; a member of the California S
 ecretary of State Voter’s Choice Act Task Force\; and a member of the Bi
 partisan Policy Center’s Task Force on Elections.\n\nPrior to joining Or
 ange County\, Mr. Page worked for San Bernardino County for more than 20 y
 ears in roles for the Board of Supervisors\, for the CEO\, for Arrowhead R
 egional Medical Center\, and as the Registrar of Voters from 2018 to 2022.
  He also previously worked as a newspaper reporter and university and non-
 profit fund raiser.\n\nMr. Page grew up in Orange County. He earned a Bach
 elor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Arts degree fro
 m the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication
