 vy is an accomplished nonprofit executive and award-winning television jou
 rnalist whose leadership has transformed some of the nation’s most respe
 cted charitable organizations. Over the course of her career\, she has rai
 sed more than $100 million to advance groundbreaking research\, improve he
 alth outcomes\, and fund life-changing programs for children\, families\, 
 and communities.\nSince April 2021\, Deborah has served as Executive Direc
 tor of the Alzheimer’s Association Orange County Chapter—where she lea
 ds a dedicated team in the fight to end this devastating disease.\n\nHer c
 areer in the nonprofit sector is marked by a track record of exceptional g
 rowth and impact. As Executive Director for The Leukemia &amp\; Lymphoma S
 ociety’s Orange\, San Bernardino\, and Riverside Counties\, she more tha
 n doubled revenue\, fueling critical cancer research and patient services.
  Before that\, she served as President &amp\; CEO of United Cerebral Palsy
  of Orange County\, leading a team of 250 to expand programs for children 
 with special needs. She began her nonprofit career at Ronald McDonald Hous
 e Charities of Southern California\, the largest RMHC Chapter in North Ame
 rica.\n\nDeeply committed to improving health equity\, Deborah has served 
 on numerous Boards including the UC Irvine Medical Center Chao Family Comp
 rehensive Cancer Center Community Equity Board. She is also the founder of
  The Levy Group\, a consulting practice supporting emerging nonprofits thr
 ough strategic planning\, fundraising\, and board development.\nBefore ent
 ering the nonprofit world\, Deborah was an award-winning television news a
 nchor and investigative reporter for CBS affiliates in Missouri\, Florida\
 , and Nevada. She holds a degree in Political Science from UCLA.\n\nA Cali
 fornia native\, Deborah lives in Irvine with her husband Adam\, daughter J
 adyn\, and their Bernedoodle\, Bruno. When not cheering from the sidelines
