  As a member of the OC executive team\, he ensures exceptional collaborati
 on among the team in support of the $1 billion effort to build a world-cla
 ss cancer campus and network in Orange County. In this role\, Darrin has r
 esponsibility for culture\, innovation\, change management and staff devel
 opment.\nBefore City of Hope\, Darrin served as executive director of comm
 unication for Providence St. Joseph Health\, where he led the team respons
 ible for system-wide internal strategic communication\, connecting more th
 an 120\,000 employees across seven states.\n\nDarrin holds a master’s de
 gree in health care administration and a bachelor’s degree in organizati
 onal leadership. He also holds a green belt certification in Lean Six Sigm
 a and has been a certified facilitator of the Strenth Deployment Inventory
 .\n\nDarrin currently serves on the Board of the Newport Beach Chamber of 
 Commerce and was formerly an adjunct professor for Brandman University in 
 the School of Business and Professional Studies. A lifetime resident of Or
 ange County\, Darrin enjoys all things OC and spending time with his wife
