 . John Weispfenning is the Chancellor of the Coast Community College Distr
 ict. As one of the largest multi-college districts in the state of Califor
 nia\, the Coast District includes Coastline Community College in Fountain 
 Valley\, Golden West College in Huntington Beach\, and Orange Coast Colleg
 e in Costa Mesa. Dr. Weispfenning formerly served as the President of Sant
 iago Canyon College in Orange\, and Vice President of Instruction at Orang
 e Coast College. He is the author of two dozen plus scholarly publications
  and papers related to working with media organizations\, processes\, and 
 content. Dr. Weispfenning has been noted for his published work in the Jou
 rnal of Communication\, Mass Communication Quarterly\, and Mass Comm Revie
 w and brings his experience as a journalist and broadcaster with radio sta
