 r Force\, law enforcement\, and child development. After serving for four 
 years in the Air Force\, he found his calling in impacting the lives of yo
 ung people at the Boys &amp\; Girls Club of Santa Ana. From volunteer to D
 irector of Operations and eventually CEO\, Robert oversaw significant grow
 th\, expanding the Club's reach and programs through a five-city Club merg
 er into Costa Mesa\, Irvine\, Orange\, and Newport Beach. His dedication e
 arned him recognition\, including the Boys &amp\; Girls Clubs of America B
 lue Spirit Award and Pacific Regional CEO of the year. Throughout the COVI
 D-19 pandemic\, his leadership resulted in a strategic reopening plan\, se
 tting a precedent for Boys &amp\; Girls Clubs across the nation. Robert's 
 commitment extends beyond his role\, as he actively contributes to communi
 ty task forces and serves as a valuable resource to non-profit groups. His
  leadership has transformed the Boys &amp\; Girls Clubs of Central Orange 
 Coast into a premier organization in the Pacific Region\, driven by his un
 wavering commitment to integrity\, service\, and excellence. Robert holds 
 an MBA in organizational leadership\, a Bachelor of Science in Child &amp\
 ; Adolescent Development\, and various teaching certifications\, underlini
