  a historic campaign in Orange County\, California. It was the very first

 s this crucial and principled work in Congress. Harley learned these value
 s in his career as a leader dedicated to growing businesses and driven to 
 creating and supporting thousands of jobs.\n\nCommunity service has also b
 een a core part of Harley's adult life. He has spent decades fighting home
 lessness and domestic violence\; working with Human Rights Watch\; support
 ing education for the underserved and underrepresented\, as well as suppor
 ting access to higher education\; saving military jobs\; and working with 
 civic organizations to drive economic development.\n\nHarley's dedication 
 to serving his community and his country has reached its highest expressio
 n with his election to the People's House. Harley holds a MBA from The Ohi
 o State University\, and a J.D. from Capital University Law School. Harley
  lives in Laguna Beach\, California and is married to award-winning author
