 sa Bartlett was elected to the Orange County Board of Supervisors in 2014 
 and was reelected to office in 2018. She represents the Fifth District\, w
 hich includes Aliso Viejo\, Costa Mesa\, Dana Point\, a large portion of I
 rvine\, Laguna Beach\, Laguna Hills\, Laguna Niguel\, Laguna Woods\, Newpo
 rt Beach\, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano and the unincorporated com
 munities of Coto de Caza\, Emerald Bay\, Ladera Ranch\, Las Flores\, Ranch
 o Mission Viejo\, Stonecliffe and Wagon Wheel.\n\nBartlett was born and ra
 ised in Southern California and has been a resident of South Orange County
  for more than 30 years. Prior to her role as a supervisor\, she was elect
 ed to the Dana Point City Council and served as both mayor and mayor pro-t
 em for the city. Bartlett is committed to preserving and protecting the qu
 ality of life for Orange County residents. She is a strong proponent of fi
 scal responsibility\, accountability\, and greater transparency in governm
 ent. Her top priorities include\, preserving the health\, safety and econo
 mic well-being of Orange County communities\; improving mobility and relie
 ving traffic congestion in Orange County\, ensuring taxpayer dollars are s
 pent wisely\, and streamlining County operations by leveraging public-priv
 ate partnerships.\n\nBartlett currently represents the County on several r
 egional boards and commissions including\, but not limited to\, the Orange
  County Transportation Authority\, Transportation Corridor Agencies and th
 e Executive Committee for the California State Association of Counties (CS
 AC).\n\nHer professional career spans several decades and includes executi
 ve management positions at a worldwide computer software company\, a proje
 ct management consulting firm and several law firms. She earned a bachelor
 ’s degree in Finance from California State University Fullerton and an M
 BA from Pepperdine University\, and she is also a Certified Project Manage
