 ley community of Fresno. He graduated from Stanford University (B.A. Histo
 ry) where he lettered on the track and field team. He then graduated from 
 U.C. Hastings College of the Law (J.D.). He has served on the U.C. Hasting
 s Board of Governors\, most recently as President during the 2016/2017 ter
 m.\n\nMr. O'Neill is a partner with the law firm of Ross\, Wersching &amp
 \; Wolcott\, LLP. He previously worked for California Supreme Court Justic
 e Marvin Baxter (Ret.)\, the California Court of Appeal (Fifth Appellate D
 istrict)\, and Dallas-based firm Haynes &amp\; Boone\, LLP.\n\nMr. O’Nei
 ll is the current Chair of the Newport Beach Finance Committee. He previou
 sly served on the Finance Committee as a Council Member and as a citizen m
 ember. He is also a member of the Newport Harbor Exchange Club\, Board Me
 mber of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers\, past Trustee of the Ce
 ltic Bar Association\, as well as an active attendee of Mariners Church.\n
 \nMr. O’Neill’s wife\, Jenny\, is a former elementary school teacher. 
 They met at the Stanford-USC football game in 2007. They have two children
  who will hopefully understand someday how blessed they are to be raised i
