 p and community engagement among youth. Leveraging her corporate experienc
 e Hudash launched the Team Kids Challenge\, a transformative program engag
 - ing students\, families\, and community stakeholders.\n\nHer visionary l
 eadership facilitated partnerships with schools\, public safety department
 s and universities\, fostering youth development and improving community r
 elations. Julie’s pioneering research collaborations led to publications
  in esteemed journals and national presentations. Over 23 years\, Team Kid
 s has impacted more than a quarter million students across diverse communi
 ties\, addressing local challenges and nurturing youth leadership. Committ
 ed to advocacy\, Hudash contributes to major publications on youth issues.
  She received numerous accolades for her outstanding leadership and contri
