 n\nPoseidon Water LLC\, Executive Vice President \n\nKingman has over 30 
 years of experience in the development\, construction and financing of maj
 or industrial and infrastructure capital projects including over 15 years 
 of project development and project financing experience at Poseidon. He is
  currently responsible for providing executive oversight of the Huntington
  Beach project development  including the negotiation of the water sales\
 ,  contractor selection\, permitting efforts\,  equity partnering and pr
 oject financing for the project.  As Poseidon's CFO\, he was responsible 
 for Poseidon's strategic direction\, investor relations and financing\, in
 cluding the Carlsbad equity and debt financing\,   corporate level capit
 al raising and all of the companies previous project financing efforts.  
 Before joining Poseidon in 1997\, he was a vice president of AT&amp\;T Cap
 ital Corporation and General Electric Capital Corporation project finance 
 groups.   He was responsible for the origination\, structuring\, negotia
 ting and closing of project financing and off balance sheet/off credit str
 uctures efforts\, which included partnership equity\, lease equity\, subor
 dinated and senior debt investments. He has also held positions in General
  Electric's corporate staff and was a nuclear test and startup engineer fo
 r General Dynamics' submarine business. B.S. in Mechanical Engineering fr
 om the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from the University of Virgi
