 lGas supporting 12 cities throughout Orange County. In her role\, O’Shie
 lds provides opportunities to share the SoCalGas story and achieve operati
 onal goals safely\, efficiently\, and always with the customer in mind. Ad
 ditionally\, O’Shields coordinates company relations with local city and
  community leaders to develop and enhance SoCalGas partnerships. Prior to 
 joining SoCalGas\, she encouraged community engagement through water educa
 tion with the City of Pomona. Having spent her entire career in the utilit
 y industry\, O’Shields has developed a unique talent for connecting her 
 organization with its surrounding community. Educating communities about t
 he importance of resources through education has been a driving force for 
 O’Shields.\n\nO’Shields holds a Master of Public Administration from t
 he University of La Verne\, with an emphasis in Governance and Bachelor of
  Psychology degree from California State Polytechnic University\, Pomona. 
 She serves on the board of Precious Life Shelter\, Cypress Community Colle
 ge Foundation\, Buena Park Boys &amp\; Girls Club\, and Coastline Communit
 y College Foundation. She is also the former chairperson for the local cha
 pter of the American Public Works Association. O’Shields resides in San 
 Dimas with her husband\, Ryan and son\, Maddex (5) and new addition\, Harp
 er (9 months). In her spare time\, O’Shields enjoys hosting dinner parti
 es with family and friends\, playing with her children\, watching college
