 ed Clinical Social Workers with over 40 years’ experience in the field o
 f Behavioral Health and addiction.  Retired from Orange County Health Car
 e Agency as Division Manager with oversight of all Adult and Older Adult P
 rograms including homeless Mentally Ill outreach\, Centralized Assessment 
 Team (CAT)\, and Psychiatric Emergency Response Team (PERT). Last charge w
 hile at HCA was implementation of 1421 “Laura’s Law” program. He mov
 ed to Telecare Corporation in 2015 where he traveled throughout California
  opening various program types including mobile outreach programs\, Crisis
  Residentials\, outpatient programs\, etc.\n\nHe was recruited to come to 
 BeWell to head up mobile services based on his many years’ of experience
  implementing and running similar program types and his deep knowledge of 
 the population and needs of Orange County Residents.[/vc_column_text][/vc_
