 rry Nickelsburg\, Ph.D.\n\nAdjunct Professor of Economics\, Anderson Scho
 ol of Management\, UCLA\n\nSenior Economist\, UCLA Anderson Forecast\n\nJ
 erry Nickelsburg joined the UCLA’s Anderson School of Management in 2006
 . He teaches economics in the MBA program with a focus on Asian economies.
  At the Anderson Forecast he plays a key role in the economic modeling and
  forecasting of the National\, and California economies. He has conducted 
 research in the areas of labor economics\, industrial organization\, stati
 stics\, and international monetary economics\, focusing on the development
  of new data and the application of economic theory and statistical method
 s to policy issues. His current academic research is on specific skills\, 
 structural unemployment\, and the seasonal adjustment of time series. He i
 s a regular presenter at Economic Conferences is cited in the national med
 ia including the Financial Times\, Wall Street Journal\, New York Times\, 
 Los Angeles Times\, and Reuters.\n\nHe received his Ph.D. in economics fro
 m the University of Minnesota in 1980 specializing in monetary economics a
 nd econometrics. He was formerly a professor of Economics at the Universit
 y of Southern California and has held executive positions with McDonnell D
 ouglas\, FlightSafety International\, and FlightSafety Boeing during a fif
 teen-year span in the aviation business. He also held a position with the 
 Federal Reserve Board of Governors developing forecasting tools\, and has 
 advised banks\, investors and financial institutions.\n\nFrom 2000 to 2006
 \, he was the Managing Principal of Deep Blue Economics\, a consulting fir
 m he founded. He has been the recipient of the Korda Fellowship\, USC Outs
 tanding Teacher\, India Chamber of Commerce Jubilee Lecturer and is a Fulb
 right Scholar. He has published over 100 scholarly and popular articles on
  monetary economics\, economic forecasting and analysis\, labor economics\
 , and industrial organization and he is the author of two books on monetar
 y economics and exchange rates.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n William Yu\, Ph.D.\nUCLA 
 Anderson Forecast Economist\n\nEmphasis on the Los Angeles economy\n\nExp
 ert on Asian emerging economies and U.S. impacts \n\nWilliam Yu joined th
 e UCLA Anderson Forecast in 2011 as an economist. At Forecast he focuses o
 n the economic modeling and forecasting of Los Angeles economy. He also co
 nducts research and forecast on Asian emerging economies\, especially Chin
 a\, and their impacts on the US economy. His research interests include a 
 wide range of economic and financial issues\, such as time series economet
 rics\, stock\, bond\, real estate\, and commodity price dynamics\, human c
 apital\, early childhood education\, industry analysis\, and urban economi
 cs. He has published over a dozen research articles in Journal of Forecast
 ing\, International Journal of Forecasting\, Journal of International Mone
 y and Finance\, Journal of Health Care Finance\, Journal of Education Fina
 nce\, Economic Affairs\, and Global Economic Review\, etc.\n\nHe developed
  the City Human Capital Index and the Los Angeles City Employment Estimate
  and presented to the Mayor of Los Angeles City. He regularly presents to 
 various local business\, nonprofit\, and government communities\, includin
 g Woo Greater China Business Conference\, Los Angeles City Controller and 
 Southern California Association of Governments. He has been cited in the l
 ocal\, national and overseas media frequently including Wall Street Journa
 l\, Los Angeles Times\, Washington Post\, Time\, Bloomberg\, CBS Money Wat
 ch\, Al Jazeera\, U-T San Diego\, LA Daily News\, LA Daily Breeze\, Strait
 s Times\, NBC\, ABC\, CNBC\, CNN\, and NPR\, as well as various Chinese me
 dia.\n\nHe received his bachelor’s degree in finance from National Taiwa
 n University in 1995 and was an analyst in Fubon Financial Holding in Taip
 ei from 1997 to 2000. In 2006\, he received his Ph.D. degree in economics 
 from the University of Washington where he was also an economics instructo
 r and won two distinguished teaching awards. In 2006\, he worked for the F
 rank Russell Investment Group for Treasury and corporate yields modeling a
 nd forecasting. From 2006 to 2011\, he served as an assistant and an assoc
 iate professor of economics at Winona State University where he taught cou
 rses including forecasting methods\, managerial economics\, international 
 economics\, intermediate macroeconomics\, introductory macroeconomics\, mo
 ney and banking\, and Asian economies.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\nEdwin D. "Ed" Fulle
 r\n\nPresident and C.E.O.\, Orange County Visitors Association\n Internat
 ionally recognized hospitality industry leader\, educator &amp\; best se
 lling author\n 40-year career with Marriott International\, Inc. as Presid
 ent &amp\; Managing Director\, International Lodging\n\nInternationally re
 cognized hospitality industry leader\, educator and best-selling author\, 
 Ed Fuller is President of Irvine\, California-based Laguna Strategic Advis
 ors\, a global consortium that provides opportunities and services to inde
 pendent providers of business consulting services following a 40 year care
 er with Marriott International\, Inc. as their President &amp\; Managing D
 irector of International Lodging.  Author of the best selling business bo
 ok\, “You Can’t Lead With Your Feet On The Desk”\, published in 2011
 .  Over the years\, in addition to his business world experience\, Mr. Fu
 ller has focused his energies on supporting educational and corporate soci
 al responsibility activities. An active alumnus of Boston University\, he 
 is former Vice Chairman of its Board of Overseers\, former President of th
 e University’s Alumni Association and a former Trustee. He currently is 
 Chairman of its hospitality and management schools’ Advisory Boards and 
 serves on the President’s International Advisory Board. In 1998\, he rec
 eived the Alumni Award\, the University’s highest honor.  Since 2012\, 
 he has served as visiting professor of leadership at the University’s Sc
 hool of Hospitality.  Mr. Fuller was appointed President and Chief Execut
 ive Officer of the Orange County (California) Visitors Association in 2013
