DESCRIPTION:Fans of food\, festivals\, and yachting will want to mark their
  calendars for Sunday\, April 19\, 2015 from 11am to 4pm for the Balboa Vi
 llage Fest in Newport Beach\, California. This free\, family-friendly fest
 ival is the official kick-off of the world’s largest yacht race - the Ne
 wport to Ensenada International Yacht Race\, and offers something for ever
 yone.\n\nHeld in the famous Balboa Village - home of the Fun Zone - on the
  Balboa Peninsula\, Balboa Village Fest features the Second Annual Taste o
 f Balboa\, which offers signature dishes for purchase from popular Newport
  Beach restaurants. During the event\, children will enjoy visiting explor
 ation stations from ExplorOcean that celebrate and highlight the ocean fro
 m multiple perspectives\, as well as trying their hands at chalk drawing a
 nd knot tying with the Newport Beach Sea Scouts. Kids of all ages will mar
 vel at professional chalk art demonstrations and nautical displays.\n\nIn 
 addition\, famed U2 cover band\, Hollywood U2\, will perform and visitors 
 can tour a selection of Newport to Ensenada race boats. At 1pm\, attendees
  will watch a formal ceremony as officials from Newport Beach and Ensenada
  commemorate the 68th annual running of this international yacht race\, an
 d also unveil a painting commissioned for the occasion. Admission to the B
 alboa Village Fest and ExplorOcean is free.\n\nFestivities Include: Taste
