 Pro Tem Diane Dixon will host her next town hall meeting on Monday\, Septe
 mber 28 at 6:30 p.m. in the former City Council Chambers at 3300 Newport B
 lvd.\, Newport Beach.\n\nThe meeting agenda will cover topics of interest 
 to residents and business owners in Council District 1*\, but all communit
 y members are welcome to attend.\nThe preliminary meeting agenda topics in
 clude:\n\nLido House Hotel Project – Bob Olson\, developer of the hotel\
 , will update residents on the project’s status and the plan’s schedul
 ed hearing before the California Coastal Commission in early October.\n\nL
 ido Fire Station – Fire Chief Scott Poster will brief residents on the f
 ire station’s operations.\n\nFederal Aviation Administration (FAA) Fligh
 t Path and Noise Issues – City Manager Dave Kiff will provide an update 
 on recent activities at John Wayne Airport and with the FAA.\n\nHoag Hospi
 tal’s Chemical Dependency Recovery Center (CDRC) - Dr. Michael Brant-Zaw
 adzki will discuss the recent opening of the CDRC as part of the Hoag Neur
 osciences Institute and its important work on the treatment of addiction.\
 n\nMeeting attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and make c
