 e joined the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) in May 2019.  Prior t
 o that he worked at the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for 
 20 years and has been in the Orange County government relations arena for 
 25 years.\n\nIn his current position he works closely with local governmen
 t agencies throughout Orange County – especially with TCA member agencie
 s\, local elected and county officials and TCA Board Members.  He also wo
 rks with other transportation and government entities on regional transpor
 tation issues. Dave supports TCA state and federal efforts and often is as
 signed special projects of interest to the CEO and Board of Directors.\n\n
 From 1990 to 1995\, Dave worked in Washington\, DC\, first in the Administ
 ration of President George Bush as a Congressional Liaison for the U.S. De
 partment of Education\, and then as Government Affairs and Communications 
 Director for the Education Finance Council\, a national trade association.
