 rian was a two-time Gold medalist in swimming at the 1976 Olympic Games in
  Montreal\, and is highly respected for his mental toughness as a legendar
 y distance swimmer. He won the 1500m and 400m Freestyle events in Montreal
 . He also worked with many of the medalists at the 2012 London Olympics to
  help them develop their Gold Medal Mindsets\, and has shared his secrets 
 with thousands of athletes\, real estate agents\, and business audiences a
 cross the country. During his swimming career\, he set 15 World and Americ
 an records and won 19 US National and NCAA titles. He was inducted into th
 e International Swimming Hall of Fame\, the UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame\, a
 nd was awarded the nation’s highest civilian honor\, the United States C
 ongressional Gold Medal of Achievement as a member of the 1980 US Olympic 
 Team.\n\nBrian discovered that the championship traits he developed also a
 pplied to his successful real estate development and sales career\, includ
 ing master-planned communities of Rancho Santa Margarita\, and several mil
 lion square feet of industrial distribution centers\, hotels and prisons o
