 r and Vice Chair of the Board of Supervisors.\n\nKatrina was elected to t
 he Board of Supervisors in 2022 to represent the newly established Distric
 t 5\, which includes the cities of Aliso Viejo\, Costa Mesa\, Dana Point\,
  a large portion of Irvine\, Laguna Beach\, Laguna Hills\, Laguna Niguel\,
  Laguna Woods\, Newport Beach\, San Clemente\, San Juan Capistrano\, as we
 ll as the unincorporated areas of Coto de Caza\, Emerald Bay\, Ladera Ranc
 h\, Las Flores\, Rancho Mission Viejo\, Stonecliffe and Wagon Wheel. This 
 is her second term on the Board of Supervisors\, where she previously serv
 ed District 2.\n\nAs County Supervisor\, Supervisor Foley remains committe
 d to reducing homelessness among our most vulnerable populations\, investi

  Anaheim.\n\nFoley\, a successful businesswoman\, community leader\, and a
 ttorney\, became the City of Costa Mesa’s first directly elected Mayor i
 n November 2018 and was re-elected in 2020. She served on the Costa Mesa C
 ity Council for 14 years\, including serving as Mayor between 2016-2017.\n
 \nFoley previously served on the Newport Mesa Unified School District Boar
 d of Trustees from November 2010 to November 2014\, with a focus on making
  local Orange County communities better for families.\n\nSupervisor Foley 
 is also President of the Foley Group\, PLC\, based out of Costa Mesa\, Cal
 ifornia. The Foley Group\, PLC provides services in civil\, business\, and
  employment litigation. In 2001 and 2004\, Foley was honored by Women in L
 eadership and the National Association of Women Business Owners at the ann
 ual “Remarkable Women Awards” event.\n\nA proud graduate of Head Start
  and a Pell Grant recipient\, Supervisor Foley understands what it is like

 t css=""]Orange County Supervisor Donald P. Wagner was first elected to th
 e Board of Supervisors in a special election in 2019 and was re-elected to

 olleagues to serve as Chairman of the Board in 2023 and 2024.\n\nSuperviso
 r Wagner is honored to serve the County’s Third District\, representing 
 over 630\,000 residents in the communities of Anaheim Hills\, Irvine\, Lak
 e Forest\, North Tustin\, Tustin\, Orange\, Mission Viejo\, Rancho Santa M
 argarita\, the unincorporated canyons\, Villa Park\, and Yorba Linda.\n\nS
 upervisor Wagner currently serves on several committees and commissions\, 
 including the Orange County Fire Authority\, Orange County Transportation 
 Authority\, Transportation Corridor Agencies\, Southern California Associa
 tion of Governments\, the Orange County Council of Governments\, the Orang
 e County Local Agency Formation Commission and the Orange County Criminal 
 Justice Coordinating Council.\n\nHe holds a bachelor's degree from the Uni
 versity of California\, Los Angeles\, earning a Juris Doctorate in 1987 fr
 om the University of California\, Hastings College of Law\; he joined the 
 California Bar that same year.\n\nSupervisor Wagner is a former South Oran
 ge County Community College District Trustee for three consecutive terms\,
  balancing every budget and paying off all debts without additionally burd
 ening the taxpayers. This leadership earned him an unprecedented six years
  as Board President.\n\nDuring his six years in the State Assembly\, he ga
 ined invaluable experience on a wide variety of committees\, including all
  the financial committees. As the former Vice-Chair of the Assembly Judici
 ary Committee\, his committee had jurisdiction over the legal profession\,
  the courts\, and most state governing codes. On financial committees\, he
  oversaw all state spending and revenue\, quickly earning a reputation for
  expertise in government fiscal affairs\, such that he was twice asked by 
 the Association of California Cities – Orange County to teach government
  finance and budgeting to local elected officials at UCI.\n\nDuring his ti
 me as Mayor of Irvine\, he ensured the Great Park project bloomed after $2
 00 million was wasted away under prior city council leadership. He brings 
 this level of service to the community at the County level\; in 2019\, he 
 expanded public resources without raising taxes when he reopened Irvine La
 ke for shoreline fishing. The Lake was previously closed for three years t
 o the public. Supervisor Wagner continues to engage directly with the resi
 dents to help address local issues\, improve public safety\, and enhance t
 he quality of life in Orange County.\n\nHe is an active participant in Ora
 nge County business and legal communities with prior service on several co
 mmittees and advisory boards for the Orange County Bar Association\, inclu
 ding a Judge Pro Tempore in the Superior Court of Orange County. The Orang
 e County Register\, Los Angeles Times\, California Globe\, Fox News\, and 
 several local media outlets have published his articles on legal\, politic
 al\, and cultural topics.\n\nHe has dedicated his free time to nonprofits 
 and charities\, serving as the past president of the American Lung Associa
 tion of Orange County. He is also the founder and first president of the O
 range County Chapter of the Federalist Society\, a national organization o
 f lawyers\, judges\, and law professors that ensure judicial integrity and

 y\, social change and government reform who has held key positions in the 
 U.S. Department of Justice and the National Science Foundation. He assumed
  the deanship on Jan. 1\, 2022.\n\nGould leads the nation’s only school 
 of social ecology\, established in 1970 in response to high demand for mor
 e socially relevant research. For more than 50 years\, the school has been
  an internationally recognized pioneer in developing interdisciplinary app
 roaches to social problems. Its highly ranked faculty in criminology\, law
  and society\; urban planning and public policy\; and psychological scienc
 e engage in research and education to foster informed social action and ma
 ke the world a better place. He helped create and leads the UCI-OC Poll\,
  which regularly surveys Orange County residents about pressing problems t
 o help identify potential solutions.\n\nGould’s expertise covers justic
 e policy\, social change and government reform. He was the principal inves
 tigator for the Preventing Wrongful Convictions Project\, a multiyear rese
 arch initiative funded by the National Institute of Justice. He is the aut
 hor of five books and more than 100 articles and reports on such diverse s
 ubjects as erroneous convictions\, indigent defense\, prosecutorial innova
 tion\, police behavior\, hate speech\, sexual harassment and international
  human rights. He earned a master’s degree in public policy and a law d
 egree at Harvard University and a Ph.D. in political science at The Univer
 sity of Chicago.\n\nGould has filled a range of government leadership role
 s\, including senior policy adviser in the U.S. Department of Justice and 
 director of the Law &amp\; Social Sciences Program at the National Science
  Foundation. In 2015\, U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts appointed him as re
 porter for a committee of the federal courts evaluating the operation of t
 he Criminal Justice Act. Gould is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation\
 , a former U.S. Supreme Court Fellow and a former trustee of the Law &amp\
 ; Society Association. He received the Administration of Justice Award fro
