 urrently serves as an Orange County Supervisor and Vice Chair of the Board
  of Supervisors.\n\nKatrina was elected to the Board of Supervisors in 20
 22 to represent the newly established District 5\, which includes the citi
 es of Aliso Viejo\, Costa Mesa\, Dana Point\, a large portion of Irvine\, 
 Laguna Beach\, Laguna Hills\, Laguna Niguel\, Laguna Woods\, Newport Beach
 \, San Clemente\, San Juan Capistrano\, as well as the unincorporated area
 s of Coto de Caza\, Emerald Bay\, Ladera Ranch\, Las Flores\, Rancho Missi
 on Viejo\, Stonecliffe and Wagon Wheel. This is her second term on the Boa
 rd of Supervisors\, where she previously served District 2.\n\nAs County S
 upervisor\, Supervisor Foley remains committed to reducing homelessness am
 ong our most vulnerable populations\, investing in sustainable infrastruct

 a Park and Fountain Valley. In January 2022\, redistricting adjusted map b
 oundaries and she represented additional areas including Santa Ana and por
 tions of Garden Grove\, Tustin\, Orange\, and Anaheim.\n\nFoley\, a succes
 sful businesswoman\, community leader\, and attorney\, became the City of 
 Costa Mesa’s first directly elected Mayor in November 2018 and was re-el
 ected in 2020. She served on the Costa Mesa City Council for 14 years\, in
 cluding serving as Mayor between 2016-2017.\n\nFoley previously served on 
 the Newport Mesa Unified School District Board of Trustees from November 2
 010 to November 2014\, with a focus on making local Orange County communit
 ies better for families.\n\nSupervisor Foley is also President of the Fole
 y Group\, PLC\, based out of Costa Mesa\, California. The Foley Group\, PL
 C provides services in civil\, business\, and employment litigation. In 20
 01 and 2004\, Foley was honored by Women in Leadership and the National As
 sociation of Women Business Owners at the annual “Remarkable Women Award
 s” event.\n\nA proud graduate of Head Start and a Pell Grant recipient\,
  Supervisor Foley understands what it is like to grow up in a family facin
 g financial challenges. Supervisor Foley resides in Costa Mesa with her hu
 sband\, two sons\, and her mother.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][v
 c_row][vc_column][vc_separator][vc_column_text]Orange County Supervisor Do
 nald P. Wagner was first elected to the Board of Supervisors in a special 
 election in 2019 and was re-elected to full terms in 2020 and 2024.\n\nDur
 ing his tenure\, he was voted by his colleagues to serve as Chairman of th
 e Board in 2023 and 2024.\n\nSupervisor Wagner is honored to serve the Cou
 nty’s Third District\, representing over 630\,000 residents in the commu
 nities of Anaheim Hills\, Irvine\, Lake Forest\, North Tustin\, Tustin\, O
 range\, Mission Viejo\, Rancho Santa Margarita\, the unincorporated canyon
 s\, Villa Park\, and Yorba Linda.\n\nSupervisor Wagner currently serves on
  several committees and commissions\, including the Orange County Fire Aut
 hority\, Orange County Transportation Authority\, Transportation Corridor 
 Agencies\, Southern California Association of Governments\, the Orange Cou
 nty Council of Governments\, the Orange County Local Agency Formation Comm
 ission and the Orange County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council.\n\nHe 
 holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California\, Los Angeles\
 , earning a Juris Doctorate in 1987 from the University of California\, Ha
 stings College of Law\; he joined the California Bar that same year.\n\nSu
 pervisor Wagner is a former South Orange County Community College District
  Trustee for three consecutive terms\, balancing every budget and paying o
 ff all debts without additionally burdening the taxpayers. This leadership
  earned him an unprecedented six years as Board President.\n\nDuring his s
 ix years in the State Assembly\, he gained invaluable experience on a wide
  variety of committees\, including all the financial committees. As the fo
 rmer Vice-Chair of the Assembly Judiciary Committee\, his committee had ju
 risdiction over the legal profession\, the courts\, and most state governi
 ng codes. On financial committees\, he oversaw all state spending and reve
 nue\, quickly earning a reputation for expertise in government fiscal affa
 irs\, such that he was twice asked by the Association of California Cities
  – Orange County to teach government finance and budgeting to local elec
 ted officials at UCI.\n\nDuring his time as Mayor of Irvine\, he ensured t
 he Great Park project bloomed after $200 million was wasted away under pri
 or city council leadership. He brings this level of service to the communi
 ty at the County level\; in 2019\, he expanded public resources without ra
 ising taxes when he reopened Irvine Lake for shoreline fishing. The Lake w
 as previously closed for three years to the public. Supervisor Wagner cont
 inues to engage directly with the residents to help address local issues\,
  improve public safety\, and enhance the quality of life in Orange County.
 \n\nHe is an active participant in Orange County business and legal commun
 ities with prior service on several committees and advisory boards for the
  Orange County Bar Association\, including a Judge Pro Tempore in the Supe
 rior Court of Orange County. The Orange County Register\, Los Angeles Time
 s\, California Globe\, Fox News\, and several local media outlets have pub
 lished his articles on legal\, political\, and cultural topics.\n\nHe has 
 dedicated his free time to nonprofits and charities\, serving as the past 
 president of the American Lung Association of Orange County. He is also th
 e founder and first president of the Orange County Chapter of the Federali
 st Society\, a national organization of lawyers\, judges\, and law profess
 ors that ensure judicial integrity and strict adherence to the Constitutio

 rea of his District with his wife\, and previously in Irvine\, where they

 guished scholar in justice policy\, social change and government reform wh
 o has held key positions in the U.S. Department of Justice and the Nationa
 l Science Foundation. He assumed the deanship on Jan. 1\, 2022.\n\nGould l
 eads the nation’s only school of social ecology\, established in 1970 in
  response to high demand for more socially relevant research. For more tha
 n 50 years\, the school has been an internationally recognized pioneer in 
 developing interdisciplinary approaches to social problems. Its highly ran
 ked faculty in criminology\, law and society\; urban planning and public p
 olicy\; and psychological science engage in research and education to fost
 er informed social action and make the world a better place. He helped cre
 ate and leads the UCI-OC Poll\, which regularly surveys Orange County res
 idents about pressing problems to help identify potential solutions.\n\nGo
 uld’s expertise covers justice policy\, social change and government re
 form. He was the principal investigator for the Preventing Wrongful Convic
 tions Project\, a multiyear research initiative funded by the National Ins
 titute of Justice. He is the author of five books and more than 100 articl
 es and reports on such diverse subjects as erroneous convictions\, indigen
 t defense\, prosecutorial innovation\, police behavior\, hate speech\, sex
 ual harassment and international human rights. He earned a master’s deg
 ree in public policy and a law degree at Harvard University and a Ph.D. in
  political science at The University of Chicago.\n\nGould has filled a ran
 ge of government leadership roles\, including senior policy adviser in the
  U.S. Department of Justice and director of the Law &amp\; Social Sciences
  Program at the National Science Foundation. In 2015\, U.S. Chief Justice 
 John Roberts appointed him as reporter for a committee of the federal cour
 ts evaluating the operation of the Criminal Justice Act. Gould is a fellow
  of the American Bar Foundation\, a former U.S. Supreme Court Fellow and a
  former trustee of the Law &amp\; Society Association. He received the Adm
 inistration of Justice Award from the U.S. Supreme Court Fellows Alumni As
