  Institution at Standford University\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_ro
 w][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nDr. Tyler Goodspeed is a Kleinheinz
  Fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution. Serving as the acting
  chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers from 2020 to 2021\, he playe
 d a key role in advising the administration on economic responses to the p
 andemic and subsequent recovery efforts. With a background in academia\, i
 ncluding positions at the University of Oxford and King's College London\,
  Goodspeed's research focuses on financial regulation\, banking\, and mone
 tary economics\, particularly the role of credit access during environment
 al shocks. Holding a PhD in history from Harvard University and a PhD in e
 conomics from the University of Cambridge\, Goodspeed's research has appea
 red in 3 full-length monographs and has numerous articles published in pee
