 \n\n 	Professor\, Finance\, UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business\n
  	Faculty Director\, University of California\, Irvine\, Center for Inve
 stment and Wealth Management\n\nChristopher Schwarz is a Professor of Fina
 nce at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business as well as the Faculty
  Director for the Center for Investment and Wealth Management. During his 
 time at UCI\, he has been published in all leading academic and practition
 er finance journals. His research has also been cited by the New York Time
 s\, LA Times\, Wall Street Journal\, and the Financial Times and provided 
 a number of economic forecasts in the community. Prior to arriving at UCI\
 , Christopher received his Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts Amhe
 rst\, during which he was also a Visiting Doctoral Fellow at Yale Universi
 ty’s International Center of Finance. He received his B.S. from Babson C

 Chief Economist\nCalifornia Association of REALTORS®\n\nJordan Levine is 
 the Vice President &amp\; Chief Economist at the California Association of
  REALTORS® (C.A.R.)\, a statewide trade organization of real estate profe
 ssionals with more than 200\,000 members.\n\nJordan is responsible for C.A
 .R.’s housing market and economic research as well as policy analysis fo
 r C.A.R.’s legislative and governmental affairs efforts. He has a passio
 n for homeownership\, fair housing\, and housing supply\, and regularly re
 presents C.A.R. to its members\, industry groups\, policymakers\, and in t
 he local and national media.\n\nJordan has a bachelor’s degree in econom
 ics from the University of California\, Santa Barbara and a Master’s deg
 ree with Merit in International Economics from the University of Sussex. P
 rior to joining C.A.R.\, Jordan worked in consulting as an economist and d
 irector of economic research covering all aspects of California’s econom
 y and housing market for clients ranging from cities\, counties\, and the
