 rz is an Associate Professor of Finance at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage Schoo
 l of Business as well as the Faculty Director for the Center for Investmen
 t and Wealth Management. During his time at UCI\, he has been published in
  all leading academic and practitioner finance journals. His research has 
 also been cited by the New York Times\, LA Times\, Wall Street Journal\, a
 nd the Financial Times and provided a number of economic forecasts in the 
 community. Prior to arriving at UCI\, Christopher received his Ph.D. from 
 the University of Massachusetts Amherst\, during which he was also a Visit
 ing Doctoral Fellow at Yale University’s International Center of Finance
 . He received his B.S. from Babson College in Wellesley\, MA.[/vc_column_t

 ne Jurjis\n\n 	Community Development Director\, City of Newport Beach\n\nS
 eimone Jurjis has spent the last 28 years working in both the private and 
 public sectors.  He was selected as the Community Development Director fo
 r the City of Newport Beach 2017\, having previously served as the City’
 s Chief Building Official.  As Director\, he oversees the divisions of Pl
 anning\, Building\, Code Enforcement\, Systems Administration\, and Real P
 roperty.  He oversees a department of 60 dedicated and committed employee
 s focusing on serving the community.  His department processes and permit
 s over $1.4 Billion annually in real property investments in the City of N
 ewport Beach. \n\nSeimone has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engin
 eering and is a licensed professional civil engineer\, licensed real estat
 e broker\, licensed engineering contractor\, and certified building offici
