 ter for Investment and Wealth Management\n\nChristopher Schwarz is an Asso
 ciate Professor of Finance at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business
  as well as the Faculty Director for the Center for Investment and Wealth 
 Management. During his time at UCI\, he has been published in all leading 
 academic and practitioner finance journals. His research has also been cit
 ed by the New York Times\, LA Times\, Wall Street Journal\, and the Financ
 ial Times and provided a number of economic forecasts in the community. Pr
 ior to arriving at UCI\, Christopher received his Ph.D. from the Universit
 y of Massachusetts Amherst\, during which he was also a Visiting Doctoral 
 Fellow at Yale University’s International Center of Finance. He received
  his B.S. from Babson College in Wellesley\, MA.[/vc_column_text][vc_text_

 eator of the Calculated Risk Blog\n\n 	Housing and Economic Analyst\n\nMr.
  McBride retired as a senior executive from a small public company in the 
 '90s.  He has been writing the Calculated Risk blog since January 2005\, 
 and is well known for his economic analysis\, especially in the housing ar
 ea.   He has appeared several times on Bloomberg’s “What’d You Mis
 s?” and was profiled in 2016 on Bloomberg’s “Masters of Business”.
   Mr. McBride holds an MBA\, and a degree in chemistry\, both from the Un

 resident and Board Chair\, MindOC\nRecently Retired President and C.E.O.\
 , St. Joseph Hoag Health\n\nRichard Afable\, MD\, MPH\, is the President 
 and board chair of MindOC\, a non-profit community benefit corporation cre
 ated in 2018 with the sole purpose of improving mental and behavioral heal
 th in the community of Orange County CA. MindOC does so primarily by suppo
 rting BeWell OC\, a community-based mental health organization comprised o
 f local government\, hospitals\, healthcare professionals\, the faith comm
 unity\, academia and other local community support organizations\, all str
 iving to lead the nation in optimal mental health and wellness for all res
 idents.\n\nDr. Afable is also the recently retired President and Chief Exe
 cutive Officer of St. Joseph Hoag Health (SJHH)\, an Orange County CA-base
 d integrated delivery system created by the affiliation of Hoag Memorial H
 ospital Presbyterian and the Southern California region of St. Joseph Heal
 th. SJHH is one of the largest healthcare organizations in Southern Califo
 rnia\, with a focus on population health and high value clinical care. SJH
 H includes 7 hospitals\, almost 2000 beds\, a 2000+ physician medical netw
 ork (425 employed\, over 1600 affiliated)\, over 5000 physicians on medica
 l staffs\, 12\,500 employees\, and $3.8 B in annual net patient revenue.\n
 \nConcurrently\, Dr. Afable was the Executive Vice President of the Southe
 rn California region of Providence St Joseph Health\, the largest integrat
 ed health system in the Western US.\n\nPrior to his current roles\, Dr. Af
 able served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hoag Memorial Hosp
 ital Presbyterian from August 2005 until the creation of SJHH in March 201
 3. Hoag is an independent\, faith-based\, not-for-profit\, tertiary care h
 ospital system located in Newport Beach\, California. Hoag is the largest 
 provider of secondary\, tertiary and select quaternary healthcare services
