 cular Holiday Tradition\nJoin over a million viewers as you watch beautifu
 lly decorated yachts\, boats\, kayaks and canoes sail along the harbor in 
 the 110th Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade\, hosted by the Commodores C
 lub of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce.\n\nThe Event\nAs Newport Bea
 ch’s Christmas Card to the world\, the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Para
 de will set the harbor ablaze for five consecutive nights\, beginning Wedn
 esday\, December 19 and ending Sunday\, December 23\, 2018. Identical to l
 ast year's route\, the parade starts off the tip of Lido Isle at 6:30 pm a
 nd finishes at the same site at approximately 9:00 pm each evening.\nParad
 e participants will start from the east end of Lido Island following the c
 elebrated route\, with the first public viewing destination at the 10.5-ac
 re Marina Park. The community park offers 177 parking spaces\, nautical-th
 emed playground\, picnic area and sailing center\, and is also the largest
  public viewing area along the parade route\, creating an optimal location
  to gather and enjoy the festivities.\n\nResidents and visitors will have 
 optimal viewing of the beautifully decorated yachts\, boats\, kayaks and c
 anoes sail in the parade from the Dine &amp\; Watch waterfront and Dine &a
 mp\; Walk dining options within walking distance of the many public viewin
 g spots.\n\nPlease reference the site map (found at the link below) with t
 imes the parade passes various destination points.\nBeautiful multi-millio
 n dollar yachts\, kayaks\, canoes and other small boats will light up the 
 harbor as a dazzling array of holiday lights and music fill the air at the
  Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade. Many of the boats will be richly dec
 orated with animated Christmas scenes accompanied by music and costumed ca
 rolers. Some boat owners in the past have spent over $50\,000 to decorate 
 their vessels for the event. The Christmas floats will wind their way some
  14 miles around the harbor to give viewers in restaurants\, yacht clubs\,
  on public beaches\, and in private homes an incredible sight that has del
 ighted millions of people for a century.\nThe Newport Beach Christmas Boat
  Parade\, which has been hailed as “one of the top ten holiday happening
 s in the nation” by the New York Times\, is truly a magical holiday trad
 ition for all ages. The parade continues to be a premier event during the
