2014 Citizens of the Year – Nancy and Jack Skinner

At a luncheon recently held, Jack and Nancy Skinner were congratulated on their selection as the 2014 Newport Beach Citizen of the Year, hosted by the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce. A dinner in their honor will be held November 14 at the Balboa Bay Resort.
