BACPAC

Business And Political Action Committee

The Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce wants your business to succeed.

Your annual Membership Investment allows us to carry out our program of work on behalf of your business. We thank you for your continuing support of one of the nation’s leading Chambers of Commerce.

However, we can’t do it alone. We are facing one of the worst anti-business environments in the history of California. It’s no secret that the rising cost of business negatively impacts our local businesses, and in turn, our local economy.

Fortunately, there’s a way for you to help. By making an annual contribution to the Newport Beach Chamber’s Business and Community Political Action Committee (BACPAC), you are supporting efforts to foster a business-friendly environment.

BACPAC raises money to actively promote the Chamber’s pro-business political positions and support pro-business candidates running for elected office.

Please consider making an annual contribution to this important endeavor.

BACPAC is an organization of citizens and businesses who are concerned about good government at the local, county and state levels, and are willing to support and work for it.

  • BACPAC supporters wish to protect, preserve and further good government; and foster a political environment which will strengthen the private enterprise system.
  • BACPAC provides a vehicle for people to become involved and active in politics, so that they may influence and impact the governmental process responsibly and effectively.
  • BACPAC operates within the regulations of the Fair Political Practices Commission of the State of California, and is registered with the Secretary of State.
  • BACPAC contributions are NOT tax deductible as charitable contributions or legitimate business expense for Federal Income Tax purposes.
