WAIVER OF LIABILITY
The undersigned hereby requests the right to enter the above described Christmas Boat Parade hosted by the Commodores Club of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce. In consideration of being granted the right to enter such a Parade, the undersigned hereby assumes all risks incident to such Christmas Boat Parade, and agrees that neither the Newport Chamber of Commerce, The Commodores Club, other sponsors, the City of Newport Beach, the Orange County Harbor District, the County of Orange, the State of California, nor any of the Officers, Employees, or Agents of such bodies shall be liable to me for any damage, or injury arising out of, or incident to, said Christmas Boat Parade. For the same consideration, the undersigned agrees to save and hold harmless, the aforesaid bodies, their Officers, Employees, and Agents from any action or claim for damages arising out of, or incident to, the activities of the undersigned in said Parade.
